Correct me of I'm wrong, but with Scwab you have to have $100k in your account? Am I reading that correct on their website?
If I recal from the TDA days you only needed $10k worth of that particular stock to lend out your shares.....

I think you are correct on there being account minimums. IIRC, other brokerages have lower requirements than Schwab and I think Webull or another, pays better.

BS you have to have 100k when TDA was 10k.

I have less than $100k in my Schwab account and have been enrolled and participating in share lending when they were being lent out, it's been several months since they have though. I wonder for those of us brought in from the TDA acquisition, if we're grandfathered under their rules?

Sector looks to be up pretty nice premarket today.
Hopefully that carries us to another green day and avoid profit taking.

Bruh.
It's been under $1.50 for like 8 of the last 9 months.

Buy now. My mistake first run was to keep buying. I’ve got buys at 9$. I’ve got my average to 2.70 but I had to really throw the cash on the fire to get it there.
My other mistake was not selling north of 10$

Standard Lithium Reports 2024 Full Year and Fourth Quarter Results
First production is planned for 2026. then the SWA in 2027. We have long time to hold.
5400 tons a year at $14250 per Ton (current Price)=76,950,000 a year revenue.

Delivered the Definitive Feasibility Study (“DFS”) for the Phase 1A project at LANXESS South Plant. The DFS assumed an average annual production of 5,400 tpa of lithium carbonate over a 25-year operating life beginning in 2026. Phase 1A represents a modest scale-up from the Company’s existing Demonstration Plant that has been operating since May 2020. Advancement of the Phase 1A project is dependent on ongoing commercial discussions with LANXESS and the finalization of the Arkansas lithium royalty.

I think it's outdated to say that first production is planned for 2026 fwiw. The 2026 assumption comes from a now year-old DFS written at a time when they projected construction would start in the middle of 2024 and take 2 years to complete. We don't have a royalty or Lanxess brine agreement, much less an FID to start construction. We're probably comfortably into 2027 for both projects, if they don't skip Phase 1A altogether.
(Which makes your point even stronger that we have a long time to hold)

If I'd sold at $12, I would have bought back in at $9.

I sold a lot over $10, bought a bunch more around $5, and have lowered my cost average along the way until recently. While I’m playing largely with house money on this investment, my cost average is still fairly atrocious (though not as bad as Koch).
Still and all, I’ve got nearly 70,000 shares of this turd tied up for the long haul. I’ll be doing my calisthenics to make sure I can still get around well enough when the wine mixer finally happens.
