I think they had a few more events they want to attend before setting a royalty. This is par for the course with the speed this company has tried to start up a lithium company.

I put more of this on SLI's slacker culture. With Equinor on board there's no reason not to fast track E Tx and it's higher concentrations.

Down to $1.21 on pretty heavy volume in the after hours.

Eh, I think people are underestimating how long it would take to catch ETx up to SWA. Besides the controllables-maiden resource estimate, PEA, PFS, and DFS/FEED-ETx still doesn't have a brine (and disposal) regulatory framework like Arkansas does. I have no idea how long that will take to develop, but that alone might take longer than Arkansas' royalty decision. Who knows

This stock is so depressing

Crazy that a company can be this slow to produce its product and still be afloat and not collapse.

Just read the filings. I'm not an attorney, but here's how I understand where we are and what's next.
Standard and friends have filed a motion for declaratory relief (to clarify 4 legal objections) and a motion to quash (to exclude 3 irrelevant/sensitive evidence types). We expect both of these to be ruled on by the hearing officer, Mr. Charles Moulton, before an actual hearing takes place. In theory, this should streamline the hearing when we get to that point.
At least there are wheels in motion and we aren't just sitting here waiting for the next hearing like before.

Interest rates down, grants up

Also increasing the size of the SWA project by 50% if I’m reading that correctly. PFS said 30k tons per year, this new PR says 45k tons per year

This was probably known yesterday, did it figure into the royalty delay request or is that entirely unrelated?
