re: Diving deeper on Standard Lithium?

Exxon has the following statement on their website and has named their project Mobil Lithium:
"We have the technology that can extract lithium with fewer carbon emissions, we can deliver a transparent supply chain, and we can scale projects that can reliably execute."
So Exxon already has DLE technology? A Nov 14 Reuters article mentioned Exxon had met with some companies such as IBAT and EnergySource, but as of the article date Exxon had not yet made a decision regarding the DLE tech to be used. Does anyone have any information regarding the DLE tech that Exxon plans to use?

IBAT seems like a cheap Hail Mary. I owned it when it shot u to $4 but rode it all the way back down. It's hard to tell which of these little startups are grifters

I think they have some kind of deal with E3 lithium which is also out of Canada. It’s been awhile since I looked into them but from what I read, they didn’t even have a pilot plant.

Woof, get those funds ready. Down 5% premarket already.
I knew there'd be some pain but I don't think I saw sub $2 coming. Shucks.
Coal for Christmas.

Soon be back in the dollar range. Is this where i go all in? I mean this will be to the moon in 3 or 4 years right? Are the only people buying this turd in this thread?
This is now way lower than I ever bought in at 2-3 years ago and at the time all in this thread thought we were mooning to $50
If commercialization is 2-3 years away then I've already waited this long and at these prices I'd consider a return to $12.5 mooning. Guess Im buying

They dragged their feet and waited too long to do anything and now they’ll get shoved out by Exxon and the big boys with deep pockets coming to town.
We’re in sunken cost fallacy and wish casting now. Tax harvest this thing to offset any gains or hold and pray if need be but I don’t see how anyone could buy more at this point

Def not buying anymore, wonder if smack has any ground level updates.

SLI has taken a pretty big blow over the past month for sure but the whole
Lithium sector has been down strong over 6 months and YTD. I don’t see anything specific to SLI other than them being slow as hell.
It would really surprise me to see them go under here quickly with the big hires they’ve made recently. Surely those execs wouldn’t have jumped on a sinking ship too?

I couldn't resist and bought a couple thousand more at $2.07 this morning.
Close to done - if it dips below $2 I'll probably scratch it one last time. Just don't have much more room for leverage no matter how low it goes now.

This thing has turned out to be such a piece of shite
I guess I'll just ride my shares into the ground.

I thought Mike forecasted there will be some pain in the price for little awhile...sounds like everybody jumping off ship and giving up.

Jumping? I'm going in like SLim.

Not jumping ship, just not willing to invest any more. I'll ride it out with what I've got

yeah a month or two ago. Whether the tech is real or not, the management wasnt convincing enough to stay. Some of their new-hire executives looked a little sketchy. I also feel like Exxon's presence will suck the life out of this stock and im not even sure that lithium is desired by the market anymore. If they start building a plant at some point and people are buying EVs, I may buy back in

I’m still in, been adding ~25-50 shares a day pretty regularly. Sitting at over 10k shares now

I'll ride the dead horse I'm on until it decomposes. My shares are lent, so I'll buy more stock on those earnings to continue to DCA but otherwise won't add anymore from other funding sources to this stock anytime soon.
