This. And they don’t seem to have urgency. Maybe they do, but lack of transparency sure doesn’t give anyone confidence. I wish they would do an offering, too, so I would at least know they are doing something that requires money.

The idea of taking some off the table being 3 months away from going long on my shares is a pretty bad feeling. If it does drop back to 9 or below, it will be worth it though. CB is $3.30 and it represents a huge chunk of my brokerage account.

SLI is 46% of my portfolio

Don't think we're quite there yet. I think it goes lower before we rebound unless they release some good news. Mintak has been fundraising and if he does the shelf offering, I have a feeling it'll much like last time where the shares will already be spoken for and won't drop the price that much. It could since it is a larger offering, but I'll guarantee there are investors clamoring to get in.
Best thing they could do is get the Tetra project started if they can get funding. If Tetra is smart, they're working on a JV themselves with SLI. The Lanxess deal is going to happen, but there have been some set backs, mainly COVID, but Lanxess is on board. That's why I say I'm still bullish long term. And long term may not be that long. The earning call or some sort of positive
PR could reverse the course.

If you slowly bought at intervals on the way up you can always set sell orders on the way down.
