This board is becoming so predictable.

1. Stock flattens out and everyone gets nervous and antsy. El Gaucho makes comments about women at the bar and Mintak attending Hillary Clinton fundraisers.

2. FeMike, Smack, or General show up to reiterate the same DD that we have heard 1000 times and tell everyone to relax.

3. Stock dips and everyone starts freaking out and regretting their purchase. Some weak hands unload. Heavy El Gaucho content. Win Mixer Off.

4. Stock skyrockets on some tiny bit of positive news. Everyone starts thanking smack for bringing this to their attention and promising him bottles of whiskey. El Gaucho heads to the bar. Wine Mixer On.

Rinse and repeat.

Sounds about right, TDT.

Personally, I have logged out of Etrade and will check back in another day. Out of sight, out of mind.

500 pages of it, too. Sounds like y'all have nothing better to do with your time either.

Looking for the first time today. Rough day but we've had them before. Most stocks on my watchlist are down too though.

Nothing has changed for me. Just hold it and keep an ear out for news.

Here's the dip many were wanting to accumulate shares. I grabbed 1k today at $10 and have another order in at $9.80.

Don’t look right now. I last checked over an hour ago/

Ever single stock I own has turned into the red since and my portfolio is down almost 7%

Glad I sold half my NVVE stock at 16.30 and moved the gains into ORGN

Nothing gets a girl wet quite like telling her you’re holding stock in SLI

Hey, I've been doing my best to warn everyone this was coming. I got alot more worried about my 7.90 trough call being wrong when people started freaking out the first day it didn't go up after PEA; that's a tell-tale sign, we got some year old "diamond hands" in here that have no clue how stocks work, so theres alot of room underneath all those weak/diamond hands.

Not a single thing this company has done has been on-time since I've been following it, nothing's been extremely late, just always a little behind schedule. I didn't believe the JV timeline some were putting out here at any point. When I hear Mintak saying by year end in interviews, I'm thinking early January is most likely; maybe by 12/31; we will know whether its not going to happen, like some indicators will show up, but it would be dissenting from every other drop since I've owned SLI if it happened months early.

MY main worry about this stock has always been the same, A well-funded company like a Lilac comes in and scoops the opportunity out of SLI's hands by being more savy business people with better connections. From what I know, there is no other company even close to demonstration capabilities, so that bear thesis is a ways off from being a possibility. I guess at this point, we could find out some estimates are fudged, or lanxess just pulls out which would indicate we are definitely missing something because it still feels like a no-brainer. If that happens, everything will have to be questioned, even what benefit tetra could still hold. None of that seems to be taking place at this point, and we are still well within the JV timeline that the company itself has put out, maybe not our arkansas' residents timeline.

I said I'll start buying under 10, I'm going to buy my first chunk of shares tomorrow after open if it's down again.

It was definitely outperforming the trend channel and had run up a lot. It’s back toward the middle so hopefully we can finish consolidating in the 9-11 range before the next leg up.

I heard the jv got pushed back because Sli fired all their engineers due to them not being vaccinated

Mintak said on his interview that you can’t be a scientist if you don’t trust the science

Truth. And I did say it was speculation based on all the cosmetic upgrades and the Germans being in town. I still say the JV will get done. I won't give a time frame, but I think end of December isn't unrealistic. Would like it sooner and it may be. May not quite be what everyone is hoping for but still good.

For me it’s not about when the JV comes. It’s if it’s coming at all. That’s where all of my paper hands sentiment comes from. I wouldn’t lose sleep if i knew with 100% certainty that it would be in even March of next year.

But delayed earnings call and hesitancy from Lanxess makes it seem like a real possibility that it may not happen and that other options are being explored.

It'll be back up by then IMO. Lanxess will settle on a final investment amount for the JV. Work would've stopped by now if they weren't. Work they are paying for. Now the terms may not be what we hoped so we may not see a jump to the 20's but you never know. The question is will investors decide to deploy their funds elsewhere while waiting a couple years for SLI to start commercial production, I'd say in Q2-3 2023. Still ahead of everyone else trying DLE.

A dilution is likely IMO to raise funds to start Tetra and continue/expand Lanxess project. I think Lanxess finishes the south Plant where the LiSTR and SiFT are at and then they'll reassess pending funding, lithium prices and costs. I think they'll start building out the other two sites after production begins at the initial site and the kinks get worked out.

But those are just my thoughts. Everyone should do what they are comfortable with. Although most every lithium guru considers this the least risky lithium Jr., it is still in it's infancy and risks=reward. I think the potential reward far outweighs the risks.
