Ask price doesn’t mean anything. That’s just what someone wants to get paid for it. Ask could be $100, doesn’t mean someone would buy it. The bid is what someone is willing to pay. If that jumps up, then you pay attention.
But when they do move, it's Katie bar the door.

Oh yeh - if people start upping that bid and chasing the ask premarket, just stand aside and watch. Somebody knows something.
I'm going to deleverage a couple of positions and buy more into STLHF, NWBO, and CIM this week. Love the weekly charts on those three, very solid from a technical perspective. CIM my best dividend stock right now and considering getting heavy into them soon. STLHF and NWBO my favorite speculative, with NWBO representing a near term binary pay out and STLHF long term growth.

Sorry for the late reply:
OK. Y’all please do your own research on this play.
Largo Resources. LGORF.
They are a vanadium miner that recently invested in a new business unit to make VRFB Batteries. These batteries will be critical in the deployment of green energy as they are able to safely store and distribute power in the peaks and valleys of green power. Unlike other battery tech companies, Largo is already a business entity being one of the larger vanadium miners in the world.
In an effort to gain financing for this move, Largo will call a shareholder vote in March to push for a US stock listing. LINK. Once US investors get wind of another green battery play, I expect it to jump.
I watch CNBC religiously. Some older guy mentioned this as a value play and it jumped the day he was on and has been flat ever since. Vanadium looks like it could be the play to beat lithium and other techs in the green utility storage space while lithium will be the tech in the consumer space. I see this as a longer term play on that space.
Good luck.
PS: The company just paid off all their outstanding debt earlier this year. It's up 10% today. Probably because of the power issues in Texas which the Largo VRFB solution solves (energy storage).

That's interesting, certainly worth looking into. Appreciate the tip

I also appreciate the tip, but would you mind starting a separate thread about it? We're trying to keep this one strictly about STLHF.

What’s happening to her today?
Posted on 2/18/21 at 8:45 am to CorkRockingham
I'm not sure, but looks like a good opportunity to add on here. I'm guessing the overall dip in the market is spreading.

If you're looking to buy, TODAY is your day! Haven't seen it below $3 in a while.

It's a good day to buy some.

My buy limit order triggered. Let’s roll

I don't see any specific info / news that would cause this massive drop. It shot up to $3.18 and then down to $2.83 within minutes. That's a wild swing in that short of time.
I'm adding more regardless but just wondering what caused this retreat.

My son in law sent me a Seeking Alpha article early this morning that dropped last night about a STLHF competitor, LLKKF, and he told me it would drop STLHF price. Perhaps this explains it?

Border needs to open. Race to finish line is pretty critical
