From my limited participation around here I've gathered IgorInga is one of those to listen to. I was already sold but this makes me feel better about my investment.

Gonna be a long 5 days waiting for funds to clear my IRA Wednesday to finally get buy in. Not expecting any big news before then to cause a jump, right?

Probably not. My guess is the next PR could be about uplisting to the NASDAQ or the NYSE, maybe a few weeks from now.

My guess is this board owns at least 2M shares of STLHF collectively.

Truly an interesting thought. Probably get a much better picture when it jumps one way or the other.

Well don't be crazy now. LOL. In my line of work I deal with the microcap/penny space a lot and have for 20 years. In general, because of that (lol) I rarely invest in pennies. That is why I ignored this thread over this past year... just not my bag and I am generally very skeptical.

I tend to have a reasonable knack at analyzing and identifying pumps or clear exaggerations.

Here, the standard tell tale red flags are not there. Management appears reputable. There is a patented technology in play. Incredibly reputable partner involved. Clear path in a fast growing and needed commodity industry. Still a high high risk endeavor but this is legitimate enough in that you do not have to worry about the nonsense of most pennies. It will win or lose on its idea, concept and execution.

Not a lot of that around here sometimes.

I'll be adding about 1800 shares to the boards tally next week!

so looking at the past 7 months, we have

JUL : +36 %
AUG : -4 %
SEP : +43 %
OCT : - 2.5 %
NOV : +30 %
DEC : +15 %
JAN : +30 %
FEB : +4

Im going to try to double my position on this Tuesday or Wednesday. its been a beast and it seems ready for another burst. It doesnt matter if its this month or the next, it would be shameful not to keep feeding it.

TD Ameritrade is showing the ask right now is 4.59.

Could we really see that big a jump by opening Tuesday?

No big new news. STLHF using funds from public offering in December to continue to refine process and build units on their own while they wait on Lanxess. Lanxess' books are in disarray for the moment as they changed software when they stopped operation the site under Great Lakes Chemical and officially to Lanxess in October or around then. Rumors were of money bind because they were behind on paying some vendors. Nothing past due just not their usual schedule, but many were still billing it as Great Lakes. They're getting that lined out and could be part of why the STLHF deal has been delayed. Not sure if Great Lakes/chemtura would've gotten part of the STLHF deal if done before then. May have nothing to do with it. Everything is still on go, just waiting on border to open.

Been building this one since March. Sitting on 20,000 shares and have no intention selling. Nice profit now, but I think that it is trivial compared to potential over the next year.

In my mind probably the biggest risk here is Lanxess messing up the golden cow. Germans are notorious for taking forever to make a business decision.

Ask price doesn’t mean anything. That’s just what someone wants to get paid for it. Ask could be $100, doesn’t mean someone would buy it. The bid is what someone is willing to pay. If that jumps up, then you pay attention.

This might be a dumb question, but is the ask price the same thing as what someone has set their limit sell too? Or unrelated?

After hours quotes on an illiquid stock like STLHF are meaningless.

Slipping to page 3?

As I committed to myself this weekend, bought on today's dip and got my shares to a nice even number.

Resisted the urge to send a cheerleader email to corporate today, but I did look to see where their office is. FWIW, I did walk right by it in Vancouver during the summer of 2019 while on vacation, it's right by the steam clock if you've ever been. Pretty sure that's a good sign.
