I too would like a BO. Been in this a long time but feel the Europe and Asia deal might keep a BO from happening. Love the potential of this one though. Could see a good short squeeze soon. IMO

Seems like this thing is going to bounce between $11-$18 until a major uptick in revenue or buy out news. This stock still feels undervalued, but after this many months and years, its hard to keep convincing myself to hold on. If this pops to high 20s or 30s, I'm taking a lot off the table. If it is a slow creep up, I may ride it out longer.

I feeel you. I've consider selling just so everyone else can get the payoff when it's inevitably bought out the next week. But we're close and I feel like we have a clear quarterly pulse on where it's going.

Can someone please update me?
Busiest time of year for me…

New indications for Voc?
Expansion?
How much are they spending?
Are they raising capital?

No clue…

I'm going to continue to sell covered calls at my break even price to try and generate some cash off this slug.

Spent 6.75m to put two drugs in pipeline aur200 and aur300. There are addition costs to both in form of royalties and milestone payments respectively.

Haven't talked about a capital raise but you gotta think the building s pipeline means no buyout. They're expanding into more kidney and autoimmune diseases with this acquisition.

Gotta think this cuts the runway down a little though since they'll be doing the R&D for two drugs they didn't have before.

thanks

I saw a StockTwits perspective saying that AUPH was instructed to buy these tiny assets by another company.

Got to say, a 6.75 million dollar investment along with an odd delisting from TSX…
Is it implausible to think these moves stem from a pending acquisition??

Lol i just came here to post this after I saw it.

I mean that's one way to look at it. He's been hard pumping auph a while and predicting buyouts at every turn so he's definitely just guessing but could be right this time.

Haha
According to other posters he’s done this before…
With IMMU? Can’t remember…

It’s worth considering.

It definitely is. Makes sense from a regulatory perspective that they only assess the main pipe and not the drugs so it's easier to do 3 acquisitions ok 1.

I don't have any covered calls at the moment and will give it a month to shake out. If it really is a buyout term we should know pretty soon at this point I'd think

Agreed

If we see nothing new over the next six weeks then settle in for another three to six months for earnings.

I am still bullish so I will probably buy a little more (depending on price) in another six or seven weeks if there's no buyout in the interim

I have a covered call at 15, 16, 17 and 18 all expiring on Friday. May wait before setting new ones but I have been making good money and have not lost any shares yet.
