I saw a good blog refuting the Cisco comparison to NVDA
Cisco was giving massive amounts of financing to companies buying its products. So when those companies all went bankrupt, Cisco lost everything. And it was only one type of company, so they all went tits up at the same time. GPUs have much more varied applications, and the GPU vendors get cash for purchases before the send the product. So the likely “crash” event would be an issue that would slow down or halt AI development and growth would significantly decay, but NVDA and others wouldn’t suddenly be in the hole for billions in dead loan money

Bought AMD at 100 last year and sold a couple hundred shares this morning. Trying to figure out where to reinvest bc I have 300 in NVIDIA at 130 but not sure if good to buy more rn.

I sold 1/3 of mine and bought NBIS too…also got small lots of PATH and AMKR, those are up some

agree...always seems to run up to earnings, then drop a decent amount at earnings announcement then hype builds back up...
