Not a chance. Ed brings nothing but drama and the recruiting and DL game has passed him by.

Ed can recruit Louisiana really well. That’s what I’m worried about.

It might be better to reassign Ed to the AD staff. He’s gonna get paid, might as well keep him from recruiting for another SEC team.

If we fired him now he'd be on the Bama shadow staff before we play them.

He would hire him simply for his recruiting ability, especially his connection to Louisiana recruits. Would Ed settle for a shadow staff or a college dline position? That is the real question.

Statements like this show that your dislike for O clouds your judgement. We have had top 5 classes every year. Yes, we have missed on OL and LBers but Ed would just coach the DL and recruit his territory.

Even if the team as a whole is worse off than when Miles was here, the DL is undeniably better and deeper than what Miles left here in 2017.

Don't care what Saban does, we just need Ed as far away from this program as possible

Sarkisian and Kiffin were toxic after their firings and he hired them both. He's hired plenty of fired coaches with skeletons in their closets.

If he thought it would win him one game or land one major recruit, he would hire Orgeron in a heartbeat.

Not likely, he already cherry picks here well. Ed can’t analyze shite and the bama dL is much better than ours
