The electric bill alone would eat up his salary.
The guest house alone is almost 5000 square feet

The estimated monthly payment is 80k per month. It may be out of his budget

Where was the wife living?
She spilt her time between South Bend and they have a house in Naples. She flew in for home games and that was it. She hated BR.

I think Andre Bruni would take any reasonable offer at this point.

I believe Moscona hooked him up with Darren James

Somewhere in the Northeast. Rhode Island or Mass.

Listing is going to get more hits today than it has in 3 months.

I was hoping he would buy Saban’s old house as a troll, it’s been on the market

That home is the most spectacular in the entire state! It is a fortress. Five bedrooms, 10 baths, and 25,000 square feet with multiple courtyards on many acres of gated land costing $14 million. Spa, pool, waterfront at $552 per square foot.

brand. The dentist bought it in 2015 for $6 mil

Damn that house must just cost a ton to upkeep.

I don’t blame her. It has pockets of good stuff but overall it is an awful place to live especially when you have resources to live elsewhere. There are so many downsides to the city that grind you down on a day to day basis.

The more I find out about the whole BK experiment, the more I realize this whole thing was doomed from the start. Between his douche son on the team, his "wife" not even living here, and his masquerade as a football coach for 3.5 years, this was a cataclysmic failure. Woodward is a major dumbass for thinking this was a good idea.

even if i had Bezos money i would not buy a house like this

If you or the family aren’t open to any sort of association with the locals then you should never be considered for the head coaching position at LSU.
Just a dumb call all around bringing BK here.

Is that the Pennington house? Thought some engineering company dude lived there.

The more I read about him and his fake arse family the stranger they get….good riddance

Word is Kiffin is looking at a place in Slidell and will commute.

When Layla was searching for real estate, I was hoping they'd buy that big arse fricking house for one reason: it would insinuate that he's looking to be here for a long time because the market for a house like that in Baton Rouge just isn't there.
For $14 mil?
That would eat up 2 years worth of his salary.
The utilities and maintenance alone are probably tens of thousands a month.
