Where was the wife living?

She spilt her time between South Bend and they have a house in Naples. She flew in for home games and that was it. She hated BR.

Showing up at Florida and there's literally no one there. Never has a school with more done less to support their athletic programs. From their crappy baseball facilities to their 5k fans for bowl attendances it's sad.

Ole Miss throwing money and stability of contracts at them. Raising a family in Oxford versus Baton Rouge may not be as dried as everyone thinks.

He didn't dominate shitty 1AA the way a guy of his legendary status should have, and as a RS Soph (3rd year) in 2007 he was still limited to just running/option plays.

Has nothing to do with the fact that you took a talented LSU roster in 08 & 09 who had a seasoned dual threat QB and placed it with Hatch/Lee/Jefferson RP didn't need to be everything he just needed to be marginally better than any other QB on LSU's roster. Manage games and make a play every now and the ...(2007 SEC champ game). LSU lost 8 conf games in those two years. They go 6-2 with RP.

He was always too conservative. It was just his mindset.

I don't think that was always the case. He slung it around pretty good when he had the quarterback to do so. However, he was never the same after the pick 6 season.

I don't think people fully appreciate the number that losing Ryan Perilloux did on the trajectory of LSU football for a few years.

Amen. It was the Pearl Harbor of LSU football

I wonder if he promised Layla and the Chris Kiffins a lifetime supply when they were there before heading back to BTR?

My man  somebody who actually knows something that did happen while here.

Yes both do unfortunately neither are football related...
Dolphins ready for round 2...and heard Ms Terry was in BR...

I can get behind this statement as a figure of speech about the fan base as a whole or in general about the Ole Miss male.

But applicable to ladies in Oxford???....miss me with that.
Point to the intimidator and the draft. Trying to plan how to match the spend of either Texas school is a useless exercise.

So do you also think the Vandy whistler is a great addition? There is absolutely nothing wrong with standing, yelling, cheering. But when you make it about you, then it becomes annoying, especially for the people who you are blocking from viewing the very thing it all should be about.

Vandy whistler can assume from temperature tomorrow and the world would be a better place.
Meh coastal pitcher pissed because he's angled away from the 3rd base box and Jordan is out of it reading pitches. Coastal pitcher has every right to bitch. They work on the hide at every park they play in. Coach can certainly watch but has to stay in the box

It was selfish. Pass the dam sticks to Hernandez with a shot to get 2 in...smh

Someone gets it. My point you've got a freshman in his first CWS that just issued a 4 pitch walk and one of our hottest hitters coming up. Jones on base is more likely than a perfect swing. But it takes a some knowledge of the game to understand that. Which is largely absent here.

Green light is fine. That’s not the pitch you swing at with a 3-0 green light.

My point. Curriel or Milam yes. Not Jones
