Agree entirely.
And for Torina to be such a pitching savant, she’s gotten about all the miles she can off of the Hoover and Walljasper teams.
I like her, but softball is stale. Our ceiling seems to be a 10-15 ranking the last several years.

Just like Nikki Fargas situation where someone was comfortable being mediocre. That shouldn't be the case at LSU.

Yeah, Beth has let this once proud program slip into mediocrity.
11 years under Girouard:
2 WCWS appearances
2 seasons ended in super regionals
6 seasons ended in the regionals
1 season did not qualify
11 years under Torina:
4 WCWS appearances
3 seasons ended in the super regionals
3 seasons ended in the regionals
1 season was cancelled by the virus

There is no doubt that Torina has been better than Girourad, but an ultimatum has to be given at this point. Shake up your staff or hit the bricks.
LSU’s position within the conference has slipped, and they’ve gone from on the cusp of greatness to middle of the pack. LSU has not won either SEC title since 2007. They are only going to drop farther down the ladder with the advent of the Sooners and the Longhorns in two years.

Torina's had way more than enough time. She refuses to fix the coaching deficiences on her staff, so she can take a hike. The gig is up after the season.
Stubbornness gets HC's fired.
And.....a big FU to all the MAMM's that want to give her more time. (Mediocrity Accepting Mental Morons)

It's a travesty that we couldn't win a NC with Carly and Allie. We had two pitchers who could dominate opposing batters, but we couldn't get it done at the plate when it mattered, despite having Landry, Bell, Jaquish, Simmons, etc.

I am under the impression that the entire softball program has taken on an "us against the world" mentality. Outsiders have no impact on this program. They are a tight knit organization that hear nothing negative. They will simply continue to exist as the program that they are

Dumb response. Who had more success than Torina at LSU? Many have had more success than DiNardo, who should've never been hired at LSU when his last prior game was a 66-0 drubbing.
