Yeah I reckon it looks great. Also when I was in town last year it seemed that places like Purple & Gold etc stock way more jerseys in purple than white (got myself a #9 jersey of course). Would like to see it once this season. Was looking at the Purple & Golden publication the other day and those images from the Vandy game just look so crisp.

I agree. I love the purple jerseys. White jerseys say “ LSU” and we should wear white at home. But I’ve always liked us better in purple.

The only CLASSIC TRADITIONAL UNIFORM we have is gold hats, white jersey, gold pants. PERIOD. The only time we should wear anything else (home OR away) is when mandated by the league or opponent.
Those uniforms, the yard lines marked every 5 yards, the double goal posts, and home night games whenever possible is what sets us apart from every other humdrum program in America. Our fans need to get behind this!!!
