Back in august I never expected a single game. Despite our performance I’ve been happy to just watch some football. This was never going to be anything but a charley foxtrot. I expect it to continue with more disruptions at best, complete cancel at worst. Let’s just roll with it.

I’ve never heard about O being some super likable guy but you may be right. He doesn’t come across that way but I have no idea what his peers think of him.

I don’t disagree that a coordinator can be hired at any price, of course they can but O’s brand isn’t anywhere close to LSU’s brand. O’s brand is also taking on water because other than 2019 he really doesn’t have a great resume as a head coach. Add the recruiting whispers and he doesn’t have much to sell when his ship is looking unstable.

Right now O appears closer to a Chiznik than he does a coach rising to the top. That alone would likely prevent top notch DC’s from wanting to hitch their wagon to his.
