Will LSU ever build a bridge across Nicholson?

Getting to the Box can be such a chore sometimes. This weekend will be awful because of the rain. You either park across Nicholson or you park on the corner of Nicholson and the extension.

Crossing Nicholson isn't safe and when you get over the train tracks, you have to search for "the piece of wood" that everybody walks across to get to the parking lot.

How big of a job would a bridge be?

Not a bad idea. But probably wouldn't happen soon considering the budget issues..

How about DOTD adding a turn lane on westbound Nicholson at the Lee intersection?

I'd imagine the railroad tracks would probably impede on building a decent one

This should have been INCLUDED with the new Box construction budget....thinking AHEAD is NOT one of LSU/Alevas' fortes !

The new Alex Box Stadium was designed and construction started before Alleva became AD at LSU.

From what I've heard railroads are most difficult in world to work with. Reason Gourrier hasn't been widened and turn lanes haven't been added at Brightside.

I'm sorry but this idea is beyond retarded for so many reasons.

shite! I'm a douchebag, I thought this was a car bridge. Walking bridge is much needed.

Blue Bayou didn't seem to have trouble building one about the height/length that would be needed...
