I am NOT going to get them to change. But does that mean I have to like it or act like I like it. Why should we just accept an uneven playing field. We shouldn't and no true college football fan should.

This is what it takes: bitching to the right people. Numbers help a LOT. So complaining on a message board is not wasted air. If it organizes & assembles a group of people who will make their voices heard to the right channels, it is worth the effort.

You have yet to give any evidence showing that LSU doesn't already state their feelings on the schedule. At this point, all you have done is created this "issue" that might not even be real.

Well, I'm guessing there are people who think a man as dedicated to following LSU as you seem to be, a man who would drive 90,000 miles in his quest to witness championship contending teams, would not just idly accept his team's fate, and not only expect his fellow followers to accept it, but actually degrade them in their attempts to recognize obvious unfairness and inequality in conference scheduling.
Scheduling during the transition period from 12 to 14 teams was as arbitrary as common opponents. Decisions were made with regard to financial concerns number one, political concerns secondary. There was absolutely no consideration to fairness and equality that showed in the result.
It is possible that 2014's schedule and beyond may give some consideration to the fact that some teams were slighted during the transition, but I doubt it.

I would leave the SEC tomorrow if we had the money to . The true is we need the SEC . They are the abusive husband . It sucks, but we are living in a 10,000 sq ft house, so the beatings aren't that bad . Once I become an Arab Sheik, I'll make sure we have 5 billion in the bank and we can go independent. damn just add 2 more teams and go to a 4 teams 4 division format where you would play the 3 teams in your division each year and then rotate and play a different divisions 4 teams each year.
