Why hasn't OG Donovaughan Campbell been playing?

Before the season started Mike Detillier listed Campbell as one of the guys he thought might end up starting at OG. But I haven't seen him in any games so far. I saw Campbell dressed out and on the sidelines last week. He didn't seem to be injured. Anybody know what's up?

Pretty sure he had some legal stuff to clear up but i think he’s hurt.
Also don’t put stock into anything Detillier says. He also thinks the saints should draft Baker Mayfield in the 1st this year.

Well considering most were saying that he had that type of potential when he was still taking crib courses at IMG, that sounds like he's on the bleeding edge.

Campbell is hurt, that's why he hasn't played. He would be in front of Ingram if he was available.

You basically just summed up why people don’t like him. He just spouts really obvious shite with an accent and makes it sound like some hot take. He’s probably on AFR right now explaining how the Saints are winning because “Listen, I toll ya Matt, if this Saints team could play good defense, and establish the running game... with the way Drew Brees throws it, they could win some games.”

No he didn't. He got in a fight defending his brother Christian who plays safety for Georgia Tech. It happened during the bi week before Alabama last year. Dude sucker punched his brother. All he did was what anyone else would have done. Yes he was arrested and it amounted absolutely nothing. He was suspended for Alabama game the next week and that was it.
He hasn't been playing because he hurt his ankle during the spring and it never properly healed because the medical staff miss diagnosed it. He had surgery early in the season. Supposed to be taking a redshirt.

I watched the Troy film. Brossette was playing deep into the second half and made some mistakes in pass protection that were pretty bad.
I wouldn't play him either.

Was it not Brossette who fumbled the first play of the game and turned it over to Troy. I didn't remember him playing after that but due to the play of that game I may not have noticed.

Well done. When I read that, I could even hear it spoken in his exaggerated drawl.
I like Detillier—even though he isn’t very insightful and isn’t good for much more than repeating stories told to him by other people, I enjoy his presentation and commend him for being about to do a whole hour, basically, on his own.
