Good gosh. Go to a friend's house if you don't want to pay, but stop whining. It's not like we're the only team to ever have a game on ESPNU.

I'm pretty sure I listened to the games on a station out of Shreveport. Some nights the reception was crystal clear and other nights it was spotty at best.

Ha! I've been here 30 years, and it would have been great if I could have gotten the games on WWL or some other AM station. All I could get at the time was WRNO Worldwide shortwave! It was spotty at best....

This would have been a Tigervision game in the past. ESPNU is better quality than that.

Uhh, this is only the second time this year we've been on ESPNU.
And it's completely normal for cupcake games to be on U or SECN-Alt.
There isn't national interest in this game, while there is in a game like Ole Miss vs. A&M.

I am old enough that I remember that the radio was the only way to enjoy most games - that or watching them in person.
I still have fond memories of listening on Saturday nights wherever we happened to be - home of the carport, riding somewhere in the car, at a campground somewhere, etc.
So any t.v. is great be me.
Also, I get Cox and I get ESPNU and never added it specially. If it's part of a package it must be a package with some other stuff I get anyway.

The new tv setup is great, every LSU game is on tv. A few years ago a game like this would be on Tigervision.

I am a Cox subscriber as well. I get ESPNU. Why wouldn't any college sports fans want that package?

In 1963 I listened to WWL 870 am, standing in the snow over my shoes, at nite & got a good signal.

its because we have the best player in the country yet its still a group of five opponent. so were on national tv but on a premium channel. espn wants every single one of our games bc of LF but they arent gonna put lsu vs. wku on espn/2 over another in conference game. same thing with the eastern michigan game
