He doesn't know how to fix it. He thought the defense was better than last year.

Getting some aggressive skull cracking linebackers would be a start. The most passive group of linebackers I’ve ever seen wear the purple and gold.

There's a reason Orgeron didn't get the USC job. He's a rah rah bull shite artist that can't coordinate a coffee break.

The thing is he isnt in a coordinator position. He is the Head Coach. A manager. His issue is he picked a bad DC. He has to fix that this offseason. Get some young blood in here with some fresh creative ideas. He was on the right path last year and for some fricking reason he just drove off the road this year.

I agree, he is more qualified than LSUTIGERS8181 to coach in the SEC. Congrats to him for that.

awesome!

too bad he's never known as much as half the coaches on our annual schedule.
I means that's who i compare him to. Not some dude that posts on the rant.

A DL Coach without any Coordinator experience should never be the HC of a D1 Program, much less a SEC Program. We knew about Orgeron and Ole Miss. He came cheap, and he kissed Joe Aleva's arse into a job. Orgeron caught lightning in a bottle and drew a Royal Flush. It will never happen again.

Don't forget he stabbed Miles in the back to make himself look better. We can all agree that it was time for Miles to go but at the same time admit that O pulled some shady shite to get his name in the hat as a replacement.

Going on local radio & bad mouthing the head coach who gave him a job when no one else would. O was sitting on his couch, not working when Les hired him. Also, if O was willing to bad mouth Les publicly, one could imagine what he said privately.

He lost control after the BLM and Ryan Clark issues.

After that all the players opted out, and control fo the team went out the window.

The biggest issue is this. This team is soft. Where you measure physicality we are failing miserably. Offensive and defensive rushing is an embarrassment.

Its not his job to fix it, but he does have responsibility to see that it is fixed.
He stated, when he was hired, "I am not going to micromanage. I am going to let the position coaches coach".
Pelini is well paid to fix the problem.
