Joe. Didn’t have to stress with him.

Craig Steltz - local kid who always played hard

Man, there’s a bunch of players I’ve loved watching, but I have to go with Patrick Peterson.

Has to be Tyrann. Jets honorable mention. Never seen 4TDs in a half before. He gets extra credit for being so much better than his average but higher ranked brothers.

It’s always been Todd Kinchen.
Alan Risher and Dalton Hilliard from my younger days.
Joe Burrow is definitely up there now too.

Growing up it was Josh Reed. But all time favorite is Honey badger for me. Never seen a play maker like him on defense. Most of the time I caught myself not even watching the play, I was just watching him.
Honorable mention: Loved Glenn Dorsey too. He just couldn’t be blocked. Frick you auburn for that chop block

Have to say Burrow. Most dominant player to ever don the purple and gold.

Burrow. Dude was magic.
Faulk. Made LA folks believe you could stay.
Devin White. Beast
Josh Reed. Made that shite look easy

Been following LSU football since the mid 50's. Joe Burrow and Honey Badger were on a different level from the rest in delivering special moments time and time again.

Can’t think of a Tiger with more heart than Kevin Faulk, always appreciated his competitive spirit and commitment to the Tigers.

So incredibly hard to pick with so many beloved Tigers over the years. VERY hard not to say Joe Burrow automatically, and I'm not sure it would be wrong.
Hokie Gajan was a favorite for many, many years. LOVED me some Tommy Hodson. Always liked the way LeBrandon Toefield ran. And Josh Reed was just magical. Honey Badger was an integral part to an incredible team. Eddie Kennison had some electric plays. Todd Kinchen beating A&M is one of my fondest (and foggiest) memories of my college days. Eddie Fuller's Earthquake catch will always have a spot in my heart of hearts. Wendell Davis, Harvey Williams, Ramsey Dardar, Leonard Marshall, ET, Alexander the Great, Dalton & James Gang, Skyler Green, both Matts, Michael Brooks; the names go on and on. And so many guys on that '19 team are genuinely legendary.
But Kevin Faulk is probably my all-time favorite. His combination of star power, incredible plays, crucial timing (he, Herb Tyler, Booger MacFarland, and Gerry DiNardo saved LSU football, imo), and sustained excellence just carved out a place in my heart that may never be matched. He might (might) not be the best player we ever had. But I do think he is my all time favorite.
