Les Miles. I was ready for him to go, but he was hilarious.

It was. And we (the fans) crucified the poor guy - though the anger was mostly aimed at inept coaching.

Jay Johnson.

The man gets it. He understands the expectations. He welcomes them and meets them.

This place could wilt a baseball coach in a hurry and insanely that’s the reason he wants to be here.

ETA: well shite I misread “fired” thought it said “hired”. The only answer is Will Wade.

Dinardo. I was in my early 20’s when the bring back the magic started. Getting back to a bowl game and beating FL was a BFD. I was glad to see him go at the time but he helped build a foundation for the future golden age.

A-lot of you young pups never had to deal with 8 straight losing seasons and a cheap as frick AD who wouldn’t spend any money. Some fans shite in Woodward for his contracts but imagine a guy who was shopping for coaches at Vandy for football and Samford for Basketball.

Coach O by Far. I still miss the Shrimp Boat Captain being around the Program in some capacity.

i think the grass he ate may have been a huge factor as well.

he should have been canned after the Jan 9th NCG. Aleva should also shoulder some of the blame. he was always weak

Probably Les and Coach O. Definitely some great memories I will never forget under those two.

I liked Will Wade, but Les and O are in a different league than Wade IMO. Les and O delivered titles that will never be forgotten.
