For me it’s OBJ. His speed, yac ability hands and route running is very reminiscent of OBJ. We truly have an exciting talent on our hands in boutte

That td he caught against aTm that they ruled a no td looked a lot like chase. Maybe it was the number 1 LOL but it reminded me a lot of chase.

He’s built and moves a lot like Chase did his freshman year. We’ll see if he makes the huge jump Chase did his sophomore year

I hate making this comparison, but now that I think of it, Antonio Brown. Similar size, and I can see him having as good or better a pro career as Brown. Dude will be scary good by the time he leaves LSU.

I think hes bigger then people realize. To have a chase and Tayvon austin reply in this thread shows that .

Hell he may be smaller then people realize lol

I'm going to go with Early Doucet, pregroin injury, but a little faster

He reminds of Jetts who is more athletic and faster than Chase but not as strong as Chase. Not much difference in all 3 of them.

The chase comparisons are too easy but they really do look similar as freshmen.we'll see if Boutte makes that jump physically into his sophomore year. I think he's probably a little quicker and more fluid than chase though.

Someone else posted this once, and it seemed like a very good comparison: Steve Smith.

If I have to pick an LSU guy it's Josh Reed, but that's not nearly as good as Steve Smith.

Yeah he honestly reminds me of Chase his freshman year, jersey number and all. He seems to do more damage underneath but that could be because he doesn’t have a Jets Jefferson carving things up and opening up the deep shot.

It’s too easy to compare to recent memory lol
