Driving back to Baton Rouge from a baseball tournament in Mobile, Alabama. Me and my teammate driving in front of me almost went flying off I10 at the same time at 80mph when the call came through the radio.

I was in middle school. I was sitting on the floor in Living room where I had been scorekeeping the game while my dad watched from the couch. I remember jumping up and running up and down the hallway of my house as the shock set in

Same. We had gone home to take a break between tournament games that day.

Fishing at Chicot with a girlfriend. We had the game on the radio. When Morris hit the home run, we started jumping up and down, celebrating the win. We could hear the crazy cheers going up from boats all around us who were also listening. It was "insanity in the cypress trees".

In my living room in Navarre, Florida. I was late for work. Couldn't have cared less. I'll never forget it.

At my friend’s house watching it on television. I still consider that one of the great thrills of my life.

Moving my future brother-in-law into a student apartment near LSU's campus. We watched the game on a small TV sitting on a box. We woke up my 5 month old daughter when Morris hit the HR. And last month, I walked that girl down the aisle to get married. Can't believe it's been that long.

I was vacationing in England with my girlfriend/now wife. I used a calling card to call home to get an update and my parents were going crazy. They just assumed I got to see it because I timed my phone call for a few minutes after it happened. Of course, this was pre-instant access to the Internet and I had no clue what had happened until they frantically told me all about it. Had to watch the replay when I got back to the states. I went pretty crazy!

Seattle airport. Stuck my head in a bar and watched Lanier strike out and kept walking. I found out how it ended much later.

Parents living room. I was 8.

I don’t remember 90% of the game. But the Morris walk off and Alex Cora crying on the infield both are burned into my memory.
