Well the bar has been set very low when you look at last years team. Yeah this team basically still sucks compared to will wade's teams, but at least this season so far has shown improvement, hopefully is something to continue to build upon since we are probably stuck with McMahon for another 2 years at least given the contract.

I don't get LSU "fans" that enjoy a loss. Just so you can crow "I told you so"? You'd rather be right than win? Be a "fan" somewhere else.

They come back from 28 points down to cut it to 8 without Cook. Very impressive. To the ignorant this is not last years team. Auburn is a final four team. Now come home and take care of Biz Wednesday against Ole Miss. Your post title shows what a moron you are.

Imagine LSU fans being excited that their team is winning some games. This is a crappy OP.

We sure know where all the pussies are that have been in hiding waiting and hoping for LSU to lose so they can come bleed all over this board.

I like the way they played today. Auburn had more steals, less turnovers and made more free throws. Other than that, stats are even. We know LSU is a bit behind on talent but today showed something.

I was impressed. I thought Baker found his footing I thought Hannibal looked much more under control.

Auburn is good.

Is William’s a better player than we expected, and what’s the deal with Chest?

To be fair, he’s one of several here and they know who they are.

Baker rebounded much better than I’ve ever seen him rebound. I saw him fighting and finding them even if they weren’t right next to him. It reminded me of Dean. He still needs to work on his passing and reduce turnovers. I think better passing might cut down on his turnovers, since many come when he gets double teamed. He also needs work on his outside shots, because he’s missing too many 3 pointers. Maybe he should take a couple of steps in to make mid range shots instead at a higher clip. Overall he had a decent game, and that’s what we need consistently. Would’ve been good without the turnovers.

If Hannibal could maintain control consistently like last night, he would be the starter over Cook. He is fun to watch, but has always been too out of control. I would be shocked if he were to start delivering that type of performance consistently, but if he does, and Cook plays better, we will be a force that no one expected.

I’m what’s up with Mwani and Collins?
