The Coach O bashing is getting old. It's the coordinators that win games. Bear Bryant didn't coach shite the last 10 or more years he was at Bama. The head coach manages the program and recruits. Anyone who believes otherwise is not very intelligent.

The head coach is the most important and influential in any given game.
Coach O was a weak hire. Alleva got played by Jimmy Sexton.
Can Coach O have success at LSU, sure, but sexier hires were out there.

I was dissapointed and am skeptical, especially beyond 3 years or so. However fans harping on it and being negative in public does nothing but hurt recruiting and the program overall.

Correct. Rece Davis cannot even carry Chris Fowler's headset, and Gameday will never be as good as it once was because of that change. They should have kept Rece on the wrap up show where it was much easier to ignore him. Bama hack, irrespective of his comments about LSU.
