It’s only broken to the people that still live there. For those of us that have gotten out it’s just a constant reminder of how terrible that state really is. The longer people stay and submit to the buffoonery, the worse of the lives of the participants will be. But hey the food is amazing!!

Sell 20% so you learn something from it, one way or the other. It does not have to be all or nothing and it usually helps when you use real dollars to learn something. Then instead of asking, you will be able to help someone in the future.

There is no reason to move to slidell when you can live in missisippi. Retirees have slightly better taxing in retirement as well everything else is cheaper.
You can literally go up 59 or east on 10 and be in a much better position 15 mins away and live around the same ratchet shite.
