If you are installing an "extension cord" so to speak you should probably use fiber. You will limit the amount of bandwidth that can travel over 1 cable if you hook 16 pc's into it. Only thing that willy fully dry your dishes is an older dishwasher with a heating element. They do not make them anymore. Maybe find an old maytag off CL with heating element at the bottom. Most of the other ones will dry glassware but only element will dry plastic/or melt it....
