Yeah I just don't even address the Belichick comparisons anymore because it's obvious those people haven't done any fact checking.

Then again anyone that would even think to compare the two isn't interested in facts.

Herman's debut hasn't been going good. What's your point? I was talking about coach O.

This is precisely what I am talking about...we have an idiotic fan base. Saban lost to UAB and ULM in his first seasons at LSU and Bama...both in similar shape to Texas when he took over.

Anybody that thinks the future would be brighter with O than Herman I have no interest in speaking with about anything more than taking my order at Wendy's.

Houston would not have hired O at Houston to replace Herman. Think about that...

Are we not ranked number 12 or 13 in every single poll?

The Coach O bashing is getting old. It's the coordinators that win games. Bear Bryant didn't coach shite the last 10 or more years he was at Bama. The head coach manages the program and recruits. Anyone who believes otherwise is not very intelligent.

This is retarded lol. The 3 best coaches in the game, saban, meyer, jimbo all are actual coaches. It doesn't matter who their coordinators are.

So what is the consensus here? As an LSU fan I'm supposed to be miserable on first game day of the season because Coach O?

Ignore all talking heads. They don't know any more than we do.

Just watch the games, and ignore all the chatter.

In this thread O has been likened to Bear Bryant and Bellichick. Enough said.

The O groupees are a delusional bunch.

He didn't win any games last year? He didn't shut down last years Heisman winner? Hmmm... thought he did.

This is a reasonable post

Unfortunately there is a pissy crowd out there that just can't seem to get behind our new coach no matter what.

No matter how you feel about Orgeron, his success is LSU's success. He wasn't necessarily my choice, but that being said I'm not a whiner and I hope he dominates every game

Yes. And how well he does this determines the wins and losses.

The real idiots are the ones who think you can succeed with a monkey as head coach. Smh

Oh so now winning a Bowl Game against Louisville is discounted because it doesn't suit your agenda?
