My speculation, wade thought there was a chance niang and dessert were cleared either right before or during it. So he had them on the roster just in case. Same with clark in that kentucky hearing

Am I bleeding all over the board making assumptions and concerned and saying it’s ominous? Also, of course not.
Having an anticipation of a timeline and it not coming to fruition exactly on time isn’t a reason to panic.

well that's concerning, getting pretty close to the season to be this short of players.
I went to the UCF game and it was frustrating to see all that talent in warmups on the bench while 5 guys played a zillion exhausting minutes

He had good reason to believe they would be cleared by now as several other players were recently cleared having very similar situations, and only just ahead of these guys in line. Some of these guys were teammates of the players we,'re pushing to get eligible. I assume the order is decided by when the paperwork is submitted. So they should know approximately where they are in order because those players likely communicate with each other.
