No TV. It will never happen in our lifetime.

Before TV got fully involved with college football, I'd go to a 7:30 game and be back at the apartment in time to see the highlights on the 10:00 news. Yes, I am old.

There is an easy solution. Have students scan their IDs on the way out the stadium. If they don't scan or leave early then don't allow them to buy future student section tickets.

You'll also need someone to make sure one person doesn't scan 100 IDs for their friends.

I dont think we'll ever see an atmosphere like the ND, USC, or the Fog Bowl ever again. The old girl shook for 3 hrs, and was deafening. People are far too self absorbed, and an football game has become a more of an excuse to show up, sing Neck, and leave. I wish they would take that Death Valley sign down, it's not anymore.

The majority of fans that would go and stay the whole game have been priced out of the experience. And I'm not talking about the ticket prices. For the most part, those aren't bad. But the parking and concessions tack on an extra $100-200 a game. The other issue with parking is the TAF fees associated with parking passes, it's simply priced out a large number of people. I think if you make paid parking a significantly smaller thing, you bring the tailgating back. You bring a lot of the atmosphere back.

There’s about a 2-3 week window in October where it’s neither too hot, too cold, or rainy. Other than that, people bolt ASAP

College athletics has slowly but assuredly priced out the average, die hard fan. Couple that with the increased creature comforts of watching a game at home and you get people going whom may not be nearly as fervently supportive of the tigers as well as the average fan saying to hell with the ever increasing cost of attending games. I’m throwing a party to watch.

And for the love of all things holy...DONT GO TO COMMERCIAL BREAK WHEN THE INJURED PLAYER IS LEAVING THE FIELD.

People get tired of this crap, especially when there was a 3.5 minute break right before this on change of possession. The length of the games-due to TV timeouts- is a factor in people leaving early too.

Fixing the contra flow to make it more efficient. Unless it’s a tight game going down to the wire, I think many people have concerns about traffic after the game. It takes 2-3 hours to get out of the parking lot at times.

I’ve literally never experienced this regardless of where I’ve parked. I was out in less than 5 minutes last night.

IMO, more kiss cam type shite to keep the women engaged... Various games/contests/gimmicks that offer them the opportunity to be on the video screen (give them the allure of potential attention) and they'll stop nagging their boyfriends/husbands to leave.

It works for the NBA and NFL.

i don’t think so. Rain, shine, hot, cold, just right, close game, big name opponent, blow winning, losing, early , late- NONE of it matters. The “fans” simply cannot wait to get the hell out of T.S. It’s bizare, inexplicable and very embarrassing.

There is no one solution, but there is one thing that would go a long way to help. It's fairly obvious too

Of course concessions would have to be vastly improved for that to even work well

Why? Premium seats empty just as fast if not faster than the student section.

In today's world of technology people are more interested at starring at their phones and saying look at me than they are watching a football game. That and the endless barrage of commercials makes the game day experience a nightmare

Lower ticket prices so the appreciative fans can afford to go. The way it is now, only the upper middle class can afford season tickets; and many of those/us have bigger priorities. Ever seen the movie Invincible? Back in the '70s your average season ticket holder was a blue collar diehard who likely worked in the conditions and likewise didn't care about sitting in the freezing cold or sweltering heat.

When people leave the stadium, they should be allowed to offer their ticket to someone who wants to stay. The prices have run alot of diehards away. I'm sure they would love to see a portion of the game.

the last 2 years there have been games where I could not give tickets away. This may have been true 2007-2012, buts it’s no longer true. If you can’t find tickets to every game except for Bama for under $50 per then you’re not really looking.

I think the biggest problem is traffic after the game. It takes 2 hours to get out of there after the game. That's ridiculous and I don't blame people for not wanting to sit through that.

TRAFFIC and I don't see it getting any better. And of course the fact that I can watch the game from the couch. In the old days before ESPN I had to sit in my truck in the front yard and listen to WWL on the radio.
