First game in tiger stadium was Miami of Ohio in 2002. I didn’t realize until a year or 2 ago that Ben Roethlisberger was the QB for that team. My first SEC game was 2011 Arkansas to go 12-0.

1995 against Arkansas. LSU won 28-0. I was 15 years old. My brother got free tickets from his boss.

I went to a couple games after, but in 2005 I finally got season tickets.

Freshman year. 1977. Lsu 77 rice 0. Ensminger and Woolley QB and Carlos Carson catching 6 TDS.

Carlos Carson caught 5 passes for 201 yards and 5 TDs in that game. NOLA.com article on game "After losing its 1977 season opener, LSU scored what still stands as the second-most points in school history in a 77-0 beatdown of Houston-based Rice. LSU wide receiver Carlos Carson had five receptions for 201 yards and a school-record five TDs.

Carson caught TD passes of 22, 29, 63 and 20 yards from current LSU tight ends coach Steve Ensminger and a 67-yarder from David Woodley"

Carson did catch a TD on his 6th career reception as a Tiger the following week against Florida.

My freshman year at LSU. My first experience in Tiger Stadium was in the student section vs Florida State in 1980. I grew up in Lafayette and went to USL games in high school. Even though it was a loss, I knew attending Cajuns games would never be the same for me again.

Louisiana All-Star Marching band, summer prior to my senior year of high school. I fell in love with LSU (only my second encounter with anything LSU) and knew it was the place for me.
