They were our home opener in 2009. I remember this distinctly because it was my first game as a student and it pissed rain the whole time

I hate this permanent east-west rivalries crap. If Bama and Tennessee have the hots for each other, let them schedule the game as a non SEC game! Let it be SEC on normal rotation years.

I want to play all the East teams equally in a regular rotation! Play one upper and one lower echelon team per year. In a home and away series.

For example: year 1&2 Florida/Vandy, year 3&4 Tennessee/Kentucky, year 5&6 Georgia/South Carolina, year 7&8 Missouri/Florida, year 9&10 Vandy/Tennessee, year 11&12 Kentucky/Georgia, year 13&14 S. Carolina/Missouri, recycles backFlorida/Vandy etc.

Same here. I've never been to a game in Athens but I've heard it's awesome. I'd really like to go someday.

In conference, would love to see Georgia and Tennessee home and home.

More importantly, out of conference, lose the rent-a-wins. They demoralize the fans and the team. If you want to see excitement back in Tiger Stadium, bring Notre Dame and Southern Cal back. Nice to have regular series with Oklahoma, Nebraska, Penn State.

I would much rather suffer through occasional losses to legit contenders than watch 20 or 30 point wins over small noncompetitive schools.

Georgia and Tennessee.

For the football and both have very good bands. (We need more full visiting bands in Tiger Stadium)

When do we finally play at Missouri? 10 years after they joined the SEC?

Played them last year for first and only time in the SEC. Wish we played all East teams on a 2 year home and home which is more fair since the teams will be more homogeneous over a short period than when two entirely different froups meet 8 years apart.

At the very least, Missouri should be in the West and Auburn in the East.

My apologies for the off-topic response...

Georgia would be great because of the New Orleans/Atlanta rivalry. Most Georgia fans are Falcons fans and most LSU fans are Saints fans.

I totally understand the reasoning but there’s no way I’d give up playing Auburn every year to play Missouri for the sake of correct geographic boundaries.

Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia

I really want to go to Kentucky, so that's a selfish call. Although it seems we have good games when we play them. Same for Tennessee.

I agree on Vanderbilt. I work for the hospital and live in Nashville also. I like to see both teams do well.

I wish we played all of the teams in the East more except Florida and here is why. We play florida every year. We play the rest of the East teams once a freaking century (exaggeration).

We SHOULD in a fair system play 2 teams each year from the east and then next year play two different teams. This would damn near double the number of times we play any team in the East. And florida would obviously be at that same rate.

It is unfair to someone.... say Tenn. to have to play Alabama every year. It gives every other team in the East an advantage to win the East over Tenn.

System should be fair. It is absolutely amazing that the SEC isn't set up fairly. Sure the refs cheat for Alabama but that isn't in the rule book. The uneven playing ground with permanent opponents is in stone for everyone to see. Yet it stands.
