Better than most in similar situations. His dad is believer in college experience (number of starts) being a big factor in preparing college QBs for the NFL.

He should return, but if you remember he made that silly choice to Redshirt and not play in the bowl game a few years ago. He has also stuck around when he probably could have transferred. All that to say, nothing would surprise me

It depends on how he performs the rest of the season. If he continues at his present performance level vs Alabama and Ole Miss, what else does he have to prove.

Thing I think hurts Nuss draft wise is size..

Bryce was 5’9 less than 200 pds and went 1, tua was less than 6 ft, light and went in the top 10 and nuss and clearly bigger than both at the same age

Some nfl analyst had him as the 8th best QB in this draft. The 8th QB in last years draft went late 5th round. Nuss has plenty time and talent left to climb the list, but right now hes smart enough not to leave...Time will tell.

No way there are more than 3 better draft prospects than Nuss for 2025. He isn't rated as high ATM bc he's a Jr with only 5 starts. He also turn 23 and will be 24 in the draft class of 2026.

@40td passes and 3800+ yds, chances of him leaving early is 80%.

The reason why JB and JD5 stayed in bc they were not as highly rated.

I'm guessing you're saying that because he made a "silly" choice to redshirt, you can't assume he'll make a good choice to return next year. But if he didn't make the "silly" choice to redshirt, he wouldn't be able to return anyway.

Not silly, just a bit shocking

Underwood starts day 1. Number 1 recruits and generational talents like him don’t come to sit the bench.
Nuss comes back. He sits 1 year.
If not. Underwood’s team.

Welp, we have our proof Ryan Clark posts here.

Less than 10% if he continues to play as well as he has as long as he stays healthy he will be a first round pick

No chance. The NFL is starving for QB’s with his skill set. He’s better than 2 first round picks last year. He’s a true Pro-Style QB. No way he doesn’t go 1rst round.

Well, I hope he does good enough this year to be talked about as such but if there is anybody that is a first round prospect and decided to come back it would be Nuss.

30%

Actually, I want Underwood to start as a true freshman, get us in the 12 team playoff, but we don't win it all. Then, from his experience in 2025, we win it all in 2026!!

He hasn’t hit the meat of the schedule yet. Any extrapolation made using OOC numbers is inherently flawed.

Let me say this when you’re hot you’re hot let’s see what happens with the SEC schedule. Nuss is gone period you think Underwood is coming in January to hold a clip board? BK is not going to stay with Nuss for one year Underwood he is gone after three and the Durham kid comes in you cannot fall in love with players or fans .

How many one-and-done QBs can you name that left with eligibility remaining?

Well, technically he left a LOT of years early...

<15%

Stats do matter but the NFL cares more about particular skills.
Nuss is already a 1st rounder. Probably a high 1st rounder
