I'd settle with a qualified coach...maybe someone with a track record of success and achievement.
After the last hire, my expectations went way down.

But still no to Tee Martin

But I will say Martin is definitely risky since he hasn't been a head coach but I see Mcvay and Herman and have more faith in young offensive minds turned head coaches because of this.

The kind that wins

What's your problem with Tee Martin?

It would be a luxury to hire someone who did not fail miserably in his previous Head Coaching (not interim) job.
Maybe try to go after someone who has done good things very recently.
Maybe make a hire that is not laughable and worthy of absolute mockery.

Lane kiffin comes and I'll sell my tickets, he has no integrity

O won't be fired.
Team is going to play inspired ball and go 12-2 including sugar bowl win vs the undefeated g5 champ.

Just wondering what y'all are thinking. Do you want an offensive minded coach or a defensive minded coach?

Lane didn't beat up a woman. Or get in 3 bar fights or have a felony assault.
So if you have tickets when O is the coach, it makes no sense why you would sell your tickets if Kiffin became our coach.

Mike Leach, just for the entertainment value. Our fanbase may be taking all of this way too seriously.
I would also be willing to take a chance on Aranda, if he wanted the job (which, I'm not sure he wants to be the top guy based on his personality.)

Pretty sure reading it on the coaches changes board doesn’t make it fact.

I would like a young coach like Fleck if coach O fired after the season. If it's 2 or more years from now who the hell knows. I can't see 10 years into the future
