Just my opinion, but if LSU was in Omaha today to meet with an agent or coach from one of the 8 teams left, it would be someone that played yesterday, not today.

Or maybe the folks at LSU went to Omaha, just like every other major college program, to watch some ball and shoot the shite. It happens every year. It's like a week long happy hour for Admins and Coaches.

I took a jet yesterday from SLC to MSY. The jet only stayed 45 minutes, but I’m still here.

Just to see the Tennessee game then leave immediately thereafter???
My theories on the trip to Omaha yesterday are as follows:
1) Seal the deal with Corbin.
2) Seal the deal with Vitello's agent in person.
3) Seal the deal with O'Connor's agent in person.
Pierce doesn't fit into this narrative being that the plane left prior to his game being played.
