Unfortunately I think that's it. The college game has turned into a small ball league.

Producing runs would help.

We gotta stop lolly gagging.

It's a simple game. You throw the ball, you hit the ball, you catch the ball. Got it?

Not having our 3, 4, 5 hitters completely shite the bed would be a good start. Although Ibarra mashed 2 balls that should have been out. We were really close last year. This year will be all about who can replace Chris Cotton. I'm thinking Fury steps up.

frick small ball. You dont have to bunt in Rosenblatt, but you do have to hit balls to the gap. Doubles are what's going to win you games in that stadium.

We had the team last year. We were choking UCLA, the eventual champs. Then we made two errors. They were uncharacteristic; we had a good defensive team. So, to answer your question, keep fielding teams like that, but play like we're capable on the big stage.

Ball change after this year will be a major improvement. With the new Omaha Park and the same bat n ball as last year I don't expect much. Small ball will win it again this year. It's sorta crazy to go all small ball to prep for Omaha this year and switch back next year.

We faced great pitching all year with success. In Omaha, base hits win games, not home runs! Until they change the balls, it's not getting out the park.

Window has closed . Offense always a premium in Omaha. We no got no offense when it counts....this years bunch will score way less than last year IMO Bregman may see one decent pitch a game.
