It's really just a timing thing in that you need to be playing your best once you get there. UCLA and Miss St weren't the two best teams in college baseball but they played the best in Omaha...bring your defense and hope that the hitting doesn't go into a slump in Omaha and you're fine.

I agree with the timing issue and they needed line drives last year instead of pop ups. I don't know if it was good pitching or trying to go yard every time, but the last game seemed like they flew out every at bat.
