Was it just the Greg brooks story? Or something else we don’t know?

Nothing, and this isn’t going to court.

This lawsuit will be settled soon once both parties find a number

There’s other rumors. Idk if they would qualify for cause though. It’s all rumors anyways. No one on here actually knows.

Name them, then.

I'm not saying that to be snarky. People like to drop hints about things, I want someone to lay out what the guy did.

That’s not cause under the contract though.

Some of the rumors include alcoholism, adultery, dereliction of duties, etc. all of which are allegations that have not been made by the university.

There was no “for cause” reason to fire him. LSU waited 2 weeks to decide he was fired “for cause”. It’s BS. He was fired because his team isn’t good.

If it goes to court he will win, but he may never get paid. His lawsuit is against the State. And the state appropriations committee would have to vote to pay him. Seems like he could actually get robbed.

Alcohol, drugs, and a few others. The whole contract is posted in another thread.

I don’t know why people keep saying this.

The defendant is LSU and the Board of Supervisors - you know, the entity he has the contract with.
