Burns was the best player in the secondary this season. He led the team in total tackles and solo tackles. It’s never a good sign when a safety is your leading tackler, but that’s not his fault. I do agree he has some untapped potential and could be in for a Great year. ...

Malik made and held an excellent block on Florida’s cornerback on Jayden Daniel’s 85 yard TD run. He even turned the defender and pushed him into the safety who was get the angle to force the play out of bounds. Great downfield blocking by the nations top receiver. ...

The holes are most evident in the secondary. Last season BK was able to land some very good secondary players in the portal, unfortunately they were only available for 1 season. Our best DB in my opinion, Brooks should have been here this year, but got sick. This year LSU got 5 more DBs from th...
