Yep, Walk-ons is the local version of Ruby Tuesday.

Close to campus, I'd go with Fat Cow for a burger, Parrains for seafood, and Chimes for drinks.

Fred's free drinks on Friday night before the game

Breakfast at Louie's

Tailgating (obviously)

-The game-

Walk-on's post game

Raising canes on Sunday on the way out.

Fat Cow was a good add too.

Nothing against anyone here, but asking the rant is not the way to go. Too many alum who spent 4-6 years too close to campus. Baton Rouge has more options than that.

Walks-On is a shite restaurant.

Louie's is good,but overrated.

Chimes is not the end all be all of dining experiences in BR .

Just one local's opinion.

I think the PastTime is more of a must see than Walk On's. The place is a fricking time capsule. It's the classic LSU scene on game day.

This is the place with the highest probability of seeing a 70 year old tiger fan shamelessly tiger-baiting a rival fan.

Plus, the foods pretty classic.

Old and New Capitol

The Highland Road from interstate to campus, pit stop at Sammy's

LSU lakes, homes and sorority row

Dalrymple Drive corridor of campus, parade grounds with view of law school and campanile, Indian mounds, quad, pentagon

Mike the Tiger and pre-game hoopla

Those are our best and most unique assets aside from Tiger Stadium itself
