Stop and kick a field goal through that random goalpost that's inexplicably right next to the freeway near the 10/110 merge.

Some things not mentioned for those that aren't here centered solely on Gameday (some visit BR on other days):

Spend a night at Myrtles Plantation, and visit Magnolia cafe in St. Francisville, plus the shopping district.

For antiquers and artsy people: go visit 1857 and all the little shops there.

History buffs: visit Port Hudson battleground.

Walk the Lakes and grab a coffee at Garden District Coffee( they roast their own beans everyday)

Grab Sunday Brunch at Duvics( possibly best brunch in town).

Eat at Chealseas. Do it. Maybe catch a show as well.

Grab a drink at Radio Bar and play a game of Ping Pong.

Go to the LSU creamery and get some ice cream.

Take the Tin Roof tour.

Check out the revitalized North Gate area( two new bars are to open just before semester starts).

The Perfect game experience:

Friday night at The Chimes/Walk-ons.
Saturday morning early to Tailgate.
Tailgate all day at multiple spots. Walk the campus.
Drin. Eat. Drink. Enjoy eye candy. Drink. Eat. Drink.
Watch team get off bus.
Drink.
Watch band go down Hill.
Drink.
Get into stadium early.
Stop drinking here because LSU fans don't break the rules.
Enjoy PERFECTLY choreographed pregame.

Tell them they can't miss the 4th quarter. It is frowned upon.
