If you're commuting, be aware of how you sit.. too much pressure on your sciatic every day could numb it. You might try to find a seat cushion.. I recommend the Gelco Gseat Lite; and if you sit in an office chair all day be even more careful. Consider a standing desk. Also don't assume it's a pi...
