They were 113th in scoring D the year before he took over and finished 53rd in Baker's first year (better by 60 spots). That's a gigantic improvement in one year. And this year they finished 25th (better by another 28 spots from the previous year), so it took him two years to get them from 113th to 25th, but that's as big of a jump that you could expect under any defensive coach in two years.
