Let Tony V win one for UT and then leave for Austin and the other UT...the Basevols melt would be glorious

The two coaches who have recruited best will be playing for a natty. It’s that simple.

Sucks they’re both in our league. Texas is about to pay big to be there in baseball. Jay needs to step it up.

You mean boosters need to step it up. Jay's not the one paying these guys. Schools like Texas, A&M and Tennessee can have one guy paying for a single person and still have a shitload of money to do what they want. We have people that could give money but there's no incentive for them to do so because the ones running the collective are idiots and don't know what they're doing. Hell if places like Ole Miss can organize their collective, you would think we wouldn't have a problem with it.

LSU needs to find a way to connect the collective to TAF that would make it worth their while for donors, boosters and those a part of the foundation can benefit from their donations and not some half arse promotion package.

I wouldn't have cared if Florida won it because they don't really even care about baseball but with them gone whoever wins this is going to be insufferable

Here’s an idea, and this may be a little old school but it’s possible to not pull for anybody when watching a game.

frick Vitello. Aggies are the lesser of the two evils in my opinion.

This x 10000

I live 40 minutes from College Station. I am rooting for them to lose. Their fans will be unbearable. They are bad enough already

Not rooting for either but just have a feeling that TAM will take it. They look like the better team right now.

I know it's loser talk, but pulling for A&M since we at least have a series win at College Station over them.

Tennessee winning and then Vitello bolting to Texas would be a nice consolation.

I don’t see how anyone that lives in reality can have this opinion. Aggy fans are the absolute worst, most annoying and arrogant dipshits on earth. They already act like they’re Alabama football and LSU baseball without having won jack shite ever

Why do people think this will actually happen?

I honestly didn't realize Vitello was already the 4th highest paid coach.

1. O'Sullivan - $1.755 million
2. Jay Johnson - $1.65 million
3. Bianco - $1.625 million
4. Vitello - $1.5 million

I guess it would come down to if Texas was willing to break the $2 million barrier.

Nah, no family here. If LSU doesn't win I'd rather any team from another conference beat the brakes off of any other SEC team.

No. It won't.
