A lot of their class currently is out of state guys for them. I know in this day, money talks, but if they go 8-4 or 7-5, I see a lot of these guys staying closer to home and away from the cult for similar money.

Was going to ask about this one. Dude has seen how bad Reed is and starting to think aggy not for him.

I think the soft zone will work wonders against Reed. He wont be able to pick us apart like chambliss.

re: A lot of talk out there……. Could be true, could be false…..BUT

I think we purposely tried to work on all inside zone to start the game and make the interior o line work on it. But ain’t no way that 100 yard pick 6 was on purpose and you can tell that just by watching big man seaton running faster than anyone trying to catch the defender.

re: How will Lane address the OL?

I think in LaTech game Kiffin and Charlie wanted to try to work on some different offensive formations running a lot of inside zone in the first half to get those linemen to try to figure some things out. They didn't do that much at all against Clemson. Think the line will be ok.

Yea hope everyone keeps thinking kiffin isnt game planning. I mean the complete walk through saturday from victory hill to everything on game day shows he isnt thinking about the game at all.

Im not taking anything from the O line from last year. They were apparently coached by the most inept coach on the face of the earth so with good coaching growth can happen.

re: Anyone else get extremely mad when they see opposing teams take over Tiger Stadium?

Posted by BearkatTigerfan on 8/21/26 at 7:30 am to turnpiketiger

I was at the Aggie game last year. I dont know why people call it a takeover. Didnt know they were even there till half time. But 3rd and 4th quarter when the lsu fans were tired of BK and left, all the aggies started coming down from the nose bleeds and sitting together in the lower bowl.

A takeover to me is where more than half of the stadium is filled with the away team.

Not sure what you are hearing but doesnt surprise me. Was always a long shot. But if we make campbell fork out some more money than it was worth it.

QB doesnt matter when the schedule is softer than charmin. Brian kelly could be their QB and they still win 10 games

If we are undefeated when Texas comes to Tiger Stadium, that game and atmosphere will be insane.

And one of the main guys he got out of the portal, Ole Miss tampered with and got to leave clemson. No matter what Dabo will have them ready but they should be down from last season
