I don’t know what you saw last Saturday night that I didn’t see to think this team will be 7-1 when we roll into T Town but dream on. Based on what I saw we’ll be lucky to win 7 games and play at the Weedwacker bowl in Shreveport....

I was there sitting behind TGBFTL. It was cold as a rats @$$. Ran out of bourbon early in the second quarter. Remember going to the bathroom at halftime and it was quieter than a graveyard. Then some coon@$$ yelled ‘how bout dem Tigahs’ and the place erupted....

1982 at Legion Field in Birmingham. It was cold and ran out of bourbon before halftime. I was sitting behind the LSU band and remember them turning around to play ‘Hold that Tiger’ to the crowd....

Oregon St. was the best team in the country that year and we beat them twice in Omaha. Maybe we relaxed after knocking out the beavers. Maybe Florida wanted it more than us. It was probably more than one reason. The supposedly best team in the country this year didn’t even make it to the CWS. I...
