Exactly the verbiage I was intending but you beat me to it. Major exaggeration and he was quite emphatic about it too.

I mean what the hell happened? How do you guy from possibly playing in the very next game to STILL not being 100% 6 months later?

Injury on Oct. 10th.

I thought it was odd as well but I remember rumors of possible surgery after the season which could greatly change the time of recovery.

Easily explained. Like him or not O is over his Head badly. His administration decisions jabe cost the Tigers. Yes he won the National title during the perfect storm. I give him credit very few do. LSU will never win at that level with O again. He is a top notch DC and fantastic recruiter. Under hire

It was a hernia injury, if he had surgery he would be out multiple months which is why they waited to see. If this injury happened to a DB/WR their career would be potentially over if they had surgery due it decreasing hip mobility. This is the reason he hasn't had surgery, this is the only way to get better without potentially limiting hip flexibility/mobility.

You can play with soft-tissue injuries but it sets your recovery back and reduces your capabilities. Also they hurt like heck.

It’s not a broken bone. He can play, but will be deciding when it’s the best time to dub himself healed enough.

Myles is now 100% and he loves the new OC. Feels like the play calling will be just like Joe Brady's in 2019. And, Brady was the play caller in 2019.

You better be careful because a rational response will get you down voted by this "fan" base. I agree with your response 100%.

This is easily the most bizarre situation I've ever experienced with LSU football

Member when that LSU WR, (Larry Foster, I think), snatched some girl's purse and then got ran down and tackled by a tuba player? Good times.

And it was long before my time but those Tulane students who kidnapped Mike and dyed him green should always get a tip of the hat.

Spent 3 seasons talking about how frail he was, with constant updates on his weight

He plays in a few games and receives very little contact, yet is already injured indefinitely?

And nobody remembers anything about questioning his durability

Also add that after 3 years in the program he has no pocket awareness and his 3rd down conversation percentage and red zone TD ratio is horrible

Weeks ago on OTB one of the LSU trainers plainly said that Myles has bee out there throwing and lifting. While i did not take that statement to say Myles is 100%....it was straightforward enough to say he is fully practicing/lifting.

This thread shows how rumors or even innocent questions can snowball incredibly. Entertaining to say the least.

Behind a patchwork OL.
New Ivy League Center.
Left tackle who seems to have trouble staying eligible.
Right Guard New starter.
New starters, Limited practice, no cohesion. Baaad!

He was a national passing leader, until he was injured.
If Brennan is healthy, we are in great shape offensively.
If he is not, then Johnson is ready.
If Johnson is injured then Findley will be ready.
Best group of LSU quarterbacks in my lifetime.
Then there is Nuss.
