I know dane cook is not really as popular as ten years ago but I am pretty pumped about his comedy show in Nashville on Saturday too. Im not into the bar scene like I used to be so gives me and Mrs jkyle something else to get into

I'm in, my wife and 2 kids coming from the Memphis area. Don't have tickets yet, hoping I can get close to the band as this will be my 5 year old sons first LSU game

Leaving from NOLA tomorrow night. Staying with Friends who moved there after Katrina - and this is the first trip to see them there. (They visit us in NOLA every year!)

Not sure where we are sitting, but I think they are good seats. Looking forward to my first trip to Nashville and Vandy. Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable trip!

Seems like everybody is sitting Vandy side. I'm looking at S on LSU side. Anyone know where our band is supposed to be? One map I saw showed visitor band in U, but not sure and would like to sit close to the band. Also, anybody know where the Vandy student section is? TIA

Tootsies is a fun spot but tbh it’s not an ideal spot to watch a game. If you’re Downtown I’d highly recommend Barlines (Sports bar at The Omni) or possibly Downtown Sporting Club. Most other bars will already have live music going.

100% agree, if you want to actually watch the game don't even attempt Tootsies. Another good option downtown is Corner Pub on 5th right off Broadway. Best TV set up downtown in my opinion and decent chance they'll have the sound going.

Rolling in Friday at 2 with three others from PA.
Staying in Condo two blocks from Broadway. Friday night Broadway, Saturday morning the Local then back to Broadway to rooftop bars and the Irish and Georgia. Sunday grab nice brunch and back to broadway for NFL games. Flight home Monday and hoping my liver survives. Geaux

Shouldn't be a problem but I wouldn't chance it for this game. Vivid seats has plenty around 60ish bucks. Not a bad seat in the house from what I'm gathering.

My brother Bubba Plauché is playing pre and post game at his friends bar...The Local.

Fred's in Tigerland is buying the first 300 LSU Fans first drink after the game.

I'll be there.

If my sister doesn't go into labor on Friday, I'm going to go. I have friends with whom I can stay.

Tickets online don't seem too bad. 12 hour drive. If I leave by 6pm Friday, can make it for 6am....how early do the bars open???
