It would cost LSU a lot of money to fire him and hire a new coach. LSU isnt going to lose enough money being shitty to make it worth it to do that. Season ticket holders and families will still be at the games all season. Baseball isn’t going to make that money back. Mu guess is they try to talk him into retiring after the season, he prob tells them frick off and he coaches the rest of his contract.
