Everyone always playing the what if game. What if LSU played USC's schedule what would their record be? And the flip side what if USC played LSU's schedule what would their record be? Everyone in the country knows even if they won't say it that the SEC is the toughest conference around. Just look at the strength of schedule for SEC teams vs. Strength of schedule for other conferences.

Jackson State is 11-0

Last I checked jackson state isn’t a power 5 school.

Y’all are over valuing the hell out of the Alabama and ole miss wins and are under valuing the Tennessee and Florida state losses.

If LSU was a 1 loss team we wouldn’t even be having this conversation. Plain and simple.

What would their record be if they played in the SEC? I imagine they'd have more than one defeat.

A 10-1 Riley Lincon USC team is getting votes ahead of a ramping 9-2 LSU team.....
In 2 weeks, none of this will matter anymore.

And we barely beat Arkansas with their 2nd and 3rd string quarterbacks playing. Bottom line, our resume is looking weaker than it did before and USC's resume is getting stronger.

This is the SEC. Did you not see the skull frigging Arky gave Ole Miss. Put USC with LSU's schedule and they have 3 losses minimum.

If USC actually played anyone we wouldn't be having this conversation. Which is the whole point. LSU got jumped because USC doesn't play anyone. But just like ND, the media doesn't care about that and gives them a free ride. Just like 2003.

I mean fricking Charles White fumbled at the 3 yard line for Christ sake. Not the 3 inch or 3 foot line, but 3 yard line and Tiger fans want to complain about Bama bias. You don't even understand the word bias until you fully comprehend what fricking B.S. USCw got away with since the 70s. I can't even imagine the amount of championships LSU would have if they got treated like ND and USC.

Exactly, you’d imagine and I don’t necessarily disagree.

But all they can do is play who is on their schedule.

Y’all are acting like Florida state is some sort of juggernaut that we lost to.

Well they are going to be (next bcs rank) ranked higher than the team USC lost to and they are bowl eligible so lets not pretend they are chumps.

If the Florida State loss would have happened this week we wouldn't be anywhere near the top 10. None of it matters though, win out, win the SEC and you are in. No way they leave out the SEC champ.

I wouldn't count on that, and I'm an ND fan.

The bcs doesn’t exist.

And you’re forgetting a key thing in your argument. LSU has 2 losses, while usc has 1. Like it or not, if they get ranked ahead of LSU, it’s justified.

You mean the same Ark that rolled Ole Miss. Barely beating a good Ark team on the road is not a negative. Not in the SEC.

Yes, the same Ark that lost to Liberty and A&M.

Arkansas is good?

5 loss team with losses to liberty and the team that gets mocked on this board more than any, Texas A&M. But they’re a really good squad.
